What information is handled?
If you use the contact form, the information may include your first and last name, email address, selected service or services, and the project details or message you provide. If you contact me directly, I will also receive the information included in your message and reply.
The site is hosted on Framer. To deliver, maintain and protect the site, Framer may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and server logs. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the contact form unless it is necessary.
Why I use information
I use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss work you have requested, and take steps before entering a contract. If we work together, I may use relevant information to perform that agreement and meet legal obligations. I may also process limited information where necessary for my legitimate interests in handling correspondence and keeping the website and my services secure.
Where a specific activity requires consent, I will ask for it first. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Service providers and sharing
I do not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing. Framer provides the website platform and hosting and may process information to operate and secure the site. Contact-form submissions are delivered to my enquiry inbox; Framer’s form infrastructure and the email provider handling that inbox may also process the message. I may disclose information if required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
I do not currently configure Google Analytics, advertising pixels, profiling or marketing trackers on this site. Framer may use essential technical storage or similar technologies needed to deliver and secure the website. For details about Framer’s own technologies and processing, please see its privacy information. If optional tracking is added in the future, consent will be requested where required by law.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential technologies may affect how the site works.
How long information is kept
I keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage any resulting work, meet legal obligations, or establish or defend a legal claim. If no project follows, I delete or securely dispose of enquiry information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
International processing
Framer or another service provider may process information in a country outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally and GDPR requires safeguards, the provider must rely on an applicable mechanism such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Check the relevant provider’s current privacy information for details.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the following rights under data-protection law:

Ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected.
Ask for data to be erased or for processing to be restricted, where the legal conditions are met.

How to contact me
To ask a question or make a privacy request, use the Contact page. I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. I will normally respond within one month; where GDPR permits an extension for a complex or numerous request, I will let you know.
Automated decisions and children
I do not use the information described here to make decisions about you solely by automated means or to build advertising profiles. This website is not intended for children, and I do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information.
